Process for Returns
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@aurahavenstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization : Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item : Securely package the item in the same packaging and manner as it was received. Include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Refund : Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
